Availability

Our Farmhouse can accommodate up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Soak in the private hot tub with views of heritage California oaks and frolicking horses in pastures.  The large private garden features an heirloom orchard.

Fees and Taxes


Please be advised that upon acceptance of our Rental Agreement, we charge full payment for the entirety of Guest’s reservation. This includes fees and taxes.
 

Those taxable fees break down as follows:

  • 12 % Sonoma Taxes (TOT) on the full rate

  • There is no tax on deposit fees
